Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING
We do our best to fill and ship orders within 5 business days. However processing times do vary based on items
and some can take as long as 7-12 business days.
Occasionally items may be out of stock or back-ordered. In either case you will be notified via email and given an estimated delivery date.
*Please Note: Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, (except major holidays).
Orders to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Petals & Stones offers the following National shipping methods: 
                  •Standard Shipping: estimated 6-8 business days plus processing time at a flat rate of $7.95 
                  •Two Business Day Shipping: estimated 3-5 business days plus processing time at a rate of $22.95
                  •Next Business Day Shipping: estimated 2-4 business days plus processing time at a rate of $32.95
                   
Petals & Stones offers International shipping:
                  •via USPS International Priority Shipping : estimated delivery time for most International orders is   typically 4-6 weeks at a flat rate of $32.95
Please note that all Petals & Stones prices displayed online are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales tax. Payment of duties, customs and local sales tax is necessary to release your order from customs upon the arrival of your package.
Processing times are typically 2-4 days however some items may take as long as 7-9 days based on availability. Please note that this is in addition to shipping times. If you have a question regarding shipping and processing times, please contact us

RETURNS
Petals & Stones Return Policy ...Love it, love it not, love it...
Love it not? If you are not happy with your Petals & Stones pick, we will gladly return your item for a store credit or exchange.
Please take the following steps to begin the return process:
1.) Before sending us your return please contact us at customercare@shoppetalsandstones.com within 3 business days of receiving your merchandise. Please include a brief note describing the reason you are returning the merchandise.
2.) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be returned within 7 business days of receipt.
If you return an item in unacceptable condition or past 7 days of receipt we will not be able to process a store credit or exchange and will therefore ship the merchandise back to you.

Sorry, NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING: special or final sale items, special order veils, and/or all sale items.
We do not offer exchanges or store credits on items that are returned after the stated wear date.
Important Note: For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Please be sure to keep your receipt, as well as the tracking information associated with item(s) returned. We cannot guarantee store credit or exchanges for returns sent via a non- traceable method.
Once received at our facility, your return will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return. We will email you a confirmation. Please note, credits are processed for the original cost paid for the merchandise and tax. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@shoppetalsandstones.com and send your item to:
